Adm. Harry Harris Jr., commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, is piped ashore following a tour and working lunch aboard the frigate HMCS Regina (FFH 334). During Harris’ visit to Victoria, he also served as a keynote speaker during the biennial Canada’s Maritime Security Challenges Symposium; spoke to more than fifty Canadian officers at the Naval Officer’s Training Center; and met with the Honorable Judith Guichon, Lt.
