Maj. Gen. John W. Nicholson, Jr., right, outgoing 82nd Airborne Division commanding general, speaks to family, friends, peers and paratroopers during the Division change of command ceremony on Fort Bragg, N.C.’s Pike Field, Oct. 3, 2014.
