An F-15 Eagle pilot from the 142nd Fighter Wing, based in Portland, Ore., flies with its air brake deployed while conducting a slow speed flyby of a Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew, from Air Station Astoria, Ore., during a joint training event held off of the coast of Oregon, Oct. 2, 2014.
