Lt. Col. Richard Ruffcorn, director of intelligence and officer-in-charge of MISCAP for 10th Mtn. Div. and native of Omaha, Neb., leaves the Central Criminal Court of Iraq, March 11, following an investigative hearing charging 12 insurgents in a May 2007 ambush on elements of 4/31, 2nd BCT, 10th Mtn. Div. The attack resulted in the deaths of seven Soldiers, including three that were initially reported missing.
