Vice Adm. Mark E. Ferguson, III, Chief of Naval Personnel listens as Capt. Randy Kelley, the commanding officer at Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi describes the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Voluntary Protection Program (VVP). The clinic became the first Military Treatment Facility in the Department of Defense to receive the OSHA VPP Star Award for promoting effective worksite-based safety and health.
