Cmdr. Stephen Revelas passes thebattalion colors to Command Master Chief Thane Halsey for the last time as commanding officer of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11. Cmdr. Revelas turned over control of NMCB 11 to Cmdr. Michael Monreal during the ceremony, the first for the battalion since its recommissioning. NMCB 11 is currently on deployment throughout Europe, Southwest Asia, SOUTHCOM and Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
