USS New Orleans (LPD 18) Commanding Officer Cmdr. Scott Davies shows Vice Adm. John M. Bird, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet the operational equipment in the New Orleans pilothouse during a ship tour. The San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship is part of the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) that is on a regularly scheduled deployment is in support of global maritime security.
