(retired) George Patrick March into the memorial service held at St. Andrew's Chapel at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md., Friday, Dec. 4, 2009. The RADM March Foreign Language Excellence Award is awarded to two Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM) commands for having achieved superior states of linguistic readiness and demonstrating the deepest commitment to command linguists' professional development consistent with the NETWARCOM language readiness program and the CTI2010 strategy.
