    A Soldier from the U.S. Army 3rd Regiment "Old Guard" holds the bottom hoist end of a hand stitched replica of the 15-star, 15-stripe flag that inspired 1st Lt. Francis Scott Key of the District of Columbia Militia to write what would become our national anthem.
