    Chief Warrant Officer 4 Richard Dunham, the 4th Marine Division Gunner with Marine Forces Reserve, explains new policies and procedures for Reserve battalions around the United States during the annual Inspector Instructor Orientation Conference at the Marine Corps Support Facility, Sept. 11, 2014.
