Chief Cryptologic Technician (Interpretive) Zach Pullins, a Fort Meade chief petty officer, and originally from Greensboro, N.C., places a chief collar device on top of the tombstone of U.S. Navy Fireman Patrick Roy, Aug. 30, 2014. Pullins and his fellow Fort Meade chiefs laid a wreath of flowers at the foot of Roy's tombstone and took time to honor their fallen shipmate. Roy was on board USS Cole (DDG 67) when suicide bombers attacked the ship as it refueled in Aden, Yemen. The attack claimed the life of Roy and 16 other Cole Sailors.
