    Maj. Scotty Autin, an officer with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, talks with his multinational counterparts. Immediate Response 14 is an U.S. Army Europe-sponsored exercise hosted by Slovenian this year. IR14 is designed to prepare participating nations for increased contributions to ongoing and future NATO post ISAF operations, while enhancing regional cooperation, confidence and security assurance among regional Balkan allies.
