Capt. Eric Stilwell examines the officer records of Lt. Timothy Nguyen during a professional development seminar presented by the Association of the U.S. Navy at NOSC Quincy. Stilwell was one of four AUSN presenters who offered one-on-one record reviews to help officers be sure their records are ready for selection boards.
