Pvt. Cody Wojcik, a native of Tyrone, Georgia and assigned to Company D, 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne, prepares to fire the Polish army RPG-7B (rocket-propelled grenade) at Studnica Small Arms Range near Drawsko Pomorskie, Poland Aug. 5. U.S. paratroopers used their time at the Polish-hosted range becoming familiar with Polish small arms such as the M1996 Beryl rifle, the UKM-2000 machine gun and RPG-7B. The weapons training was part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, combined military-forces training designed to foster cohesive relationships between allies and demonstrate a commitment to NATO obligations.
