Jeffery Hammond, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., commanding general of 4th Infantry Division and Multi-National Division – Baghdad, Mueen al-Kadhimi, Baghdad provincial chairman, Dr. Muayad Muslin Hamid al-Jaburri, a local cardiologist and humanitarian, and artist Laith Fattah al-Turk, a renowned local artist, stand in front of the gold eagle-head statue in front of division headquarters on Camp Liberty, Feb. 5. The statue, created by al-Turk, was a gift to the Soldiers of MND-B from al-Jaburri and took approximately three months to complete.
