Spc. Vanessa Colletti, 38th Headquarters Support Company, Indiana National Guard Task Force 46, operates a bus at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, during the Vibrant Response 14 exercise, July 31. Approximately 5,500 military and civilian personnel from across the country travel to Indiana to take part in the U.S. Northern Command led exercise. Vibrant Response is a U.S. Northern Command-sponsored field training exercise for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive consequence management forces designed to improve their ability to respond to catastrophic incidents.
