A large excavator or loader bucket is actively dumping sandy soil/dirt into what appears to be military-style HESCO barriers or gabion baskets lined with geotextile fabric. The bucket is tilted at an angle, with loose dirt and dust visibly falling into the wire mesh and fabric-lined containment structures below. The overcast sky provides a neutral background, emphasizing the industrial construction activity.
