    81st Readiness Division

    The 81st Regional Support Command hosted a memorialization ceremony renaming the Sanford Army Reserve center in honor of a Silver Star recipient, the late Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe, on July 19. Cashe died from injuries sustained when he was rescuing fellow troops from a burning vehicle while he himself was on fire. He has been recommended for the Medal of Honor. Pictured in the front row are Maj. Gen.
