    Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert and Vice Adm. Michelle Howard share a laugh on stage during her promotion ceremony at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial. Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus promoted Howard to the rank of admiral in the presence of family and friends.
