Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Thomas Nygard, a Queensbury, N.Y. native, assigned to Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, is neutralized as the decoy during a building search as part of the inaugural Navy Region Northwest Military Working Dog Competition at Naval Base Kitsap. Sailors assigned to Naval Station Everett, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific, and NBK competed to display the skill set and camaraderie developed among themselves and their canine partners.
