An Iraqi army soldier from the 4th Battalion, 36th Iraqi Army Brigade, 9th IA Division, secures the Iraqi national flag prior to raising it high above Joint Security Station Hor al Bosh, northwest of Baghdad, Dec. 31, 2008. As part of the security agreement between coalition forces and the Iraqi Government, the fight to secure Iraq will now be led by Iraqi security forces. The flag raising ceremony signaling the change was attended by both Iraqi army soldiers and Soldiers from Company B "Hammer," 52nd Infantry, attached to 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment "Strykehorse," 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
