Sgt. Christopher Mortorff (left) and Spc. Marcus Camp, of the 464th Transportation Company, Fort Belvoir, Va., navigate their Landing Craft Mechanized boat from their pier in Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story to Joint Base Langley-Eustis June 10. As part of the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise, the 464th used their amphibious watercraft to transport water purification equipment, training to use their boats as part of a disaster relief effort. The 464th regularly works with other branches of the military, government agencies and civilian authorities, working with boats small enough to navigate rivers and inland waterways.
