Spc. Stephen Cobb and Spc. Jeremy Karnes serve up spaghetti and meatballs to soldiers during the first stage of the Phillip A. Connolly Competition. The June event was the first step in a long road to the national level competition. Judges will base their decisions off of the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence standard, and rank the Maine Army National Guard’s 152nd Component Repair Company amongst all of the other competing teams.
