Maj. Gen. Riho Terras (right), Estonia's chief of defence, climbs the stairs to the control tower at Crittenberger Multi-Purpose Range Complex to view Bradley Fighting Vehicle gunnery qualification tables of Soldiers assigned to 2nd Battalion “Thunderhorse,” 12th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team “Ironhorse,” 1st Cavalry Division, during his visit to Fort Hood, June 9. Later on, Terras had the opportunity to fire the weapons systems of a Bradley Fighting Vehicle on the range. Terras talked with leaders throughout the division about the First Team’s regionally aligned forces in Europe. Elements of 1st BCT, 1st Cav. Div., are currently taking part in a multi-national training exercise, Combined Resolve II in Europe.
