Col. Joseph Martin (right), commander, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team "Dagger," 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, explains the Dagger Brigade coin, which is presented to Soldiers for excellence in Iraq, to Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, commander, 926th Engineer Brigade, at the Dagger Brigade Headquarters, Dec. 28. Martin presented coins to four Soldiers in the 926th Eng. Bde. for assisting in Operation "Iron Dagger," designed to improve the essential services to the citizens of the Ghazaliyah and Shulla Districts of northwest Baghdad.
