Col. Joseph Martin, commander, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team "Dagger," 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, presents a Dagger Brigade Coin for excellence in Iraq to Pfc. Lyle Slaybaugh, 46th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy), 926th Engineer Brigade, at the Dagger Brigade Headquarters, Dec. 28. Martin thanked the Soldiers for their assistance in Operation "Iron Dagger," designed to improve the essential services to the citizens of the Ghazaliyah and Shulla Districts of northwest Baghdad.
