Iraqi Gen. Jamal, commander of Iraqi police in Kirkuk province, talks to U.S. Army Lt. Col. Snodgrass, of the 18th Engineering Brigade, before a meeting with Maj. Gen. Robert L. Caslen, commander of the 25th Infantry Division, Dec. 20. This will be the first meeting between Caslen and Jamal to discuss the changing role of the U.S. Military and the IP in the coming new year.
