First Lieutenant Melissa Lewis, with the Division Staff Provost Marshall's Office, 25th Infantry Division, deployed with Task Force Lightning, is congratulated by Gen. David H. Petraeus, commanding general, U.S. Central Command, upon receiving a Commander's Coin for U.S. Central Command at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq, Dec. 25. Lewis was recognized for processing more than 70 detainees through brigade detainee holding areas, as well as managing ten con-air transfers.
