Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Christopher Hocott, a Monticello, Ind. native deployed with "Task Force Troy" Explosive Ordinance Disposal team, and Task Force Lightning, is congratulated by Gen. David H. Petraeus, commanding general, U.S. Central Command, upon receiving a Commander's Coin for U.S. Central Command at Contingency Operating Base Speicher near Tikrit, Iraq, Dec. 25. Hocott was recognized for his management of five EOD companies and special intelligence tracking, which has saved countless lives in-theater.
