    Maj. William "Chip" Nicholas, 3rd BCT's chaplain, who hails from Orlando, Fla., the chaplain for 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, lights the Advent Wreath at a new chapel on Forward Operating Base War Eagle on Dec. 24.
