U.S. Army Soldiers from the 500th Engineer Company, 15th Engineer Battalion, out of Grafenwoehr, Germany, shovel mounds of rocks to be set around small bodies of water to prevent erosion May 30, 2014 at the Zvanninieki Alternative Family Home in Vaive, Latvia. The home is a countryside farmhouse that gives aid to children and adults in the local community. The Soldiers took part in a day of community service at the house to help complete various projects.
