Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT) Gen. Jean-Paul Palomeros throws out the first pitch at a Norfolk Tides baseball game during NATO night. NATO night is part of the Norfolk NATO festival, recognizing and celebrating the long-standing friendship between ACT and the City of Norfolk.
