A recently installed Kaplan-type slant-axis turbine at Webbers Falls. Rehabilitation on one of three turbines at the hydroelectric dam is complete and accepted, while installation of a second is about 90 percent complete. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates an 8 percent increase in power output.
