Staff Sgt. Dan Cisneros, a squad leader in 2nd Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 504th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, is fitted with a parachute before the squadron’s first airborne operation in Kosovo, April 15, at Camp Bondsteel.
