Soldiers from the 1437th Multi-Role Bridge Company from Michigan attached to the 1430th Engineer Company and worked alongside Guatemalan troops to aid in the construction of a two-room school building and play area in the community of El Roble. “The 1430th Engineer Company and the 1437th Multi-Role Bridge Company picked up where the 188th Squadron left off and continued the outstanding work being done at that site,” stated Col. John Findley, Task Force Oso commander. “I couldn’t be happier with the progress being made in El Roble.
