John Pack Jr., Office of the Chief of Transportation sergeant major, unveil the memorial plaque during the Transportation Corps Memorial Wall Rededication Ceremony at Fort Eustis, Va., May 21, 2014. The rededication concluded with a ceremonial bell ringing as each of the 47 names added to the plaque were read aloud.
