Soldiers assigned to the Washington National Guard's Alpha Company, 181st Brigade Support Battalion, carry Army 1st Lt. Sean Tabone during a casualty extraction exercise at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 6. The exercise was part of a training course at the improvised explosive device training range, which the Air Force has overseen since the Base Operating Support-Integrator transition in October. Tabone is the 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Protective Service Detail officer in charge.
