    (Right) Maj. Gen. Joseph DiSalvo, the commanding general of U.S. Army South, laughs with Father Francisco J. Moran Martinez, who gave the invocation at the FA-HUM closing ceremony May 16 in El Salvador. All nations from Central America participated in FA-HUM, a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored exercise, as well as several from South and North America. Through this exercise, participating nations became familiar with each other's policies and are now better prepared to confront natural and man-made disasters.
