The commanding general of U.S. Army South, Maj. Gen. Joseph P. DiSalvo, applauds when Col. Larry Dotson and the other co-directors of FA-HUM 2014 exercise are recognized during the closing ceremony May 16. Army South, ever present as the U.S. land component service, served as the executive agency for FA-HUM, an acronym derived from the Spanish translation for the allied force humanitarian training exercise.
