An AV-8B Harrier with Marine Attack Squadron 214 takes off at the new Auxiliary Landing Field (ALF) facility at MCAS Yuma, Ariz., Feb. 24. The auxiliary landing filed is designed for pilots to practice filed-carrier landing, which is required before they can land on ships.
