The guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) and the guided-missile frigate USS Taylor (FFG 50) participate in a bilateral underway engagement with Romanian ships, the frigate ROS Regina Maria (F 222) and the frigate ROS Marasesti (F 111). Taylor, homeported in Mayport, Fla., is deployed in a multi-mission role in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility to contribute to regional maritime security and to support NATO operations and deployments throughout the region.
