Maj. Gen. Gill Beck, commanding general of the 81st Regional Support Command, gets a tour from Chief Warrant Officer 3 Clark Patton of the 824th Transportation Company (Heavy Watercraft) in Morehead City, N.C., on May 3. The 824th had a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly reconstructed pier that had been destroyed in 2011 by Hurricane Irene. After the ceremony, the Soldiers in the unit gave tours of the boat.
