Members of Colorado Army National Guard's 3rd Battalion, 157th Field Artillery salute as the casket of Sgt. Jon Stiles is presented at his funeral, Nov 21, at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver. Stiles, 38, of Highlands Ranch, Colo., died as a result of injuries sustained after an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle in Jalalabad, Afghanistan, Nov. 13. Stiles was a member of Colorado Army National Guard's Battery B, 3rd Battalion, 157th Field Artillery and the Colorado Army National Guard State Honor Guard. Stiles and his wife Launa, would have celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary, Nov 18.
