    Village Health Committee members Pedro Bo, vice treasurer, seated left, and Pedro Teul, standing center, sell health foods at the committee's first-ever fundraiser May 1, 2014, during a New Horizons Belize 2014 medical readiness training exercise, or MEDRETE, in Santa Theresa, Belize.
