The last remaining Under Water Demolition Team SEAL, Capt. Pete BULL FROG Wikul retires Sept 25, after 39 years and four months of service. The title BULL FROG recognizes the UDT/SEAL operator with the greatest amount of cumulative service. Capt. Wikul turned over the title to Adm.
