    Miami-Dade County (Fla.) fire fighter and paramedic Vince Easevoli speaks to a crowd of nearly 300 Sailors gathered in Naval Station Norfolk's Devary Hall auditorium during a driving safety seminar called Street Smart. The seminar, which was presented by Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, addressed several topics including driving under the influence, seat belt safety and post-accident trauma response.
