    Miami-Dade County (Fla.) fire fighter and paramedic Vince Easevoli places a neck brace on Airman Jonason Hawkins as Tampa, Fla., fire fighter and paramedic Ronny Garcia speaks to the crowd about auto accident trauma response procedures during a driving safety seminar called Street Smart at Naval Station Norfolk's Devary Hall Auditorium. Nearly 300 Sailors attended the seminar, which was presented by Navy Region Mid-Atlantic and addressed several topics including driving under the influence, seat belt safety and post-accident trauma response.
