U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Jeffery Hammond, Commanding General of the 4th Infantry Division, opens the teleconference at Forward Operating Base Falcon, Iraq. The 4th Infantry Division hosted the first ever video teleconference between Iraqi students and American students on Nov. 12. Students from Nolanville Elementary, outside of Fort. Hood Army Base, Texas, interact with Iraqi students of Al Khartoon Elementary, located in the Doura community of southern Baghdad. The students asked each other various questions building relations between their two cultures.
