Postal Carrier 2nd Class Andrew French delivers a package in the ship's post office aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4). Boxer is the flagship for Combined Task Force 151, a multinational task force conducting counter-piracy operations to detect and deter piracy in and around the Gulf of Aden, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Red Sea.
