The engineering instructor explains the flow of fluids through the pipe to students at the Civil Service Department in the Jihad community during class Oct. 30, 2008. Several leaders from the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad visited the CSD-Jihad facility to observe the vocational technical training program sponsored by coalition forces that is part of the Sons of Iraq transition to the government of Iraq. At the CSD-Jihad facility 176 former Sons of Iraq enrolled in the six-month program to give them a skill to help them get a job in their local community after completing the course.
